Keeping the Faith

Building community, finishing well and serving others together.

JOY Ministry wants to help you live out God’s plan through your aging years.
The Bible helps us discover that God’s purpose for His people does not change for retired Christians or those thinking of retirement.

Our prayer is that together we live out 2 Timothy 4:7
I have fought the good fight,
I have finished the race,
I have kept the faith.

JOY Events

Friday with Friends:
Join us for fun, fellowship, and making new friends. Friday with Friends meets once a month at various times and locations.
Sundays with Friends:
Join us for fun, games, and making new friends. Sundays with JOY meet the 2nd and 4th Sunday’s monthly from 4:00-7:00pm in the Church Loft.
Supper Clubs:
Sunnybrook Supper Clubs are a great first step in connecting with others.  When you register, you will be broken into groups, meet monthly for four months, and gather for a meal that you, as a group, agree upon. New groups will launch each January, May, and September. Registration is required for each launch, even if you have previously registered as groups are reassigned at each season to allow you to connect with the most people.
Crafter's Circle:
Women who enjoy crochet, knitting, and/or sewing coming together to create friendships and articles to donate. Current project: making quilts for residents that receive emergency housing assistance at the Crittenton Center – materials have been donated so no cost involved.
Meets on Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.
