Serving Others

EVENTS:

Supper Clubs:

Sunnybrook Supper Clubs are a great first step in connecting with others.  When you register, you will be broken into groups, meet monthly for four months, and gather for a meal that you, as a group, agree upon. New groups will launch each January, May, and September. Registration is required for each launch, even if you have previously registered as groups are reassigned at each season to allow you to connect with the most people. Register here!

Friday with Friends:

Join us for fun, fellowship, and making new friends. Friday with Friends meets once a month at various times and locations. Register Here!

Sundays with Friends:

Join us for fun, games, and making new friends. Sundays with JOY meet the 2nd and 4th Sunday’s monthly from 4:00-7:00pm in the Church Loft. Register Here!

Crafter's Circle:

Women who enjoy crochet, knitting, and/or sewing coming together to create friendships and articles to donate.  Current project:  making hats, scarves and mittens to donate to the Hope Center - materials have been donated so no cost is involved.

Meets on Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.

SERVE:

Pray-er:

“Prayer does not fit us for the greater works; prayer is the greater work. We think of prayer as a commonsense exercise of our higher powers in order to prepare us for God's work." Oswald Chambers

There are many opportunities throughout the week to cover ministry areas in prayer. Be part of the greater work!

Hope Center:

As a Hope Center volunteer, you will serve in the Choice Food Pantry, helping our guests as they shop for groceries for their household. Volunteers serve in a variety of roles when the pantry is open. Opportunities are available in Sioux City and Le Mars.
